David Wilson Homes, part of Barratt Developments PLC are to submit a planning application to Rochford District Council for 370 New Homes to be built at Rectory Road.

This is the site we have refered to as Rectory Road ~ Thorpe Road ~ The Christmas Tree Farm.

David Wilson Homes will be holding a PUBLIC EXHIBTION at Clements Hall Leisure Centre on Thursday 29th July 2009 between 12pm - 5pm and again on Saturday 1st August between 10am - 2pm.

This will give the residents of our village the chance to make their feelings know to the developer on the proposed increase of the village population by 33% !
